Message from Lancashire SEND - The Coronavirus outbreak means that parents and carers of young people with SEND are facing uncertainty. We know schools are on the front line and are playing a hugely important role in keeping communities going in these challenging times. Lancashire SEND realise that the coronavirus outbreak means that parents and carers of young people with SEND are facing uncertainty. The specialist teacher service have produced newsletters containing home learning ideas for pupils with special educational needs. Bridge Speech Therapy

Bridge Speech Therapy have been putting together some handouts to support parents with activity ideas to support language.  Here are 3 of the handouts they have done so far.

They have also been videoing some examples of these simple, fun language games for pupils of various ages.  They are posting these videos on their Facebook page and on Twitter.  Hopefully this will give ideas to parents of things they can do at home.
